1-ON-1 SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our 1-on-1 sports performance program we offer is called a "6 Week Challenge". The reason we called it a challenge is we are challenging players in a way they have never been challenged before. They are challenged to train hard both at our training facility and on their own in the form of completing workouts and exercising on their own each week of the challenge.

Players who complete our 6-week challenge will see their performance improve in these categories: speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning. Other qualities that are trained, but are not measured as easily, are: mobility, balance, and coordination. If committing to a structured program sounds like it will be too difficult for you, this is probably not the best program for you. However, if you are someone that can commit to a proven process and complete what you are asked to do, there is no doubt that you will get great results. You will be required to maintain a high level of effort, attention, and focus.

The challenge starts with an assessment (which is free to try - see link below to sign up). Upon starting the challenge, players are trained on a weekly basis by one of our coaches and are also required to work out outside the facility on their own. The player is provided with a specific workout plan to do on their own that mimics the workouts the player is doing with us at the facility during their training sessions.

 

At the end of each week of the challenge, players are checking in via a weekly form for accountability. This ensures that the program is being followed with a high level of effort, attention to detail, and consistency.

 

Upon completion of the 6-week challenge, an assessment is completed to compare scores from your first assessment and see your results from the program.

We understand that this commitment will be a lot to ask and therefore will not be the right fit for everyone.  If you and your player are ready to commit to a proven system, rest assured you will no longer be the parent in the crowd wondering what you can do to help your player develop. Instead, you'll become the parent getting asked what you are doing outside the rink that has transformed your player's ability to perform at a higher level on the ice.

We run the 6-week challenge year round (yes, even during hockey season), but our availability is limited as more players enroll in the challenge. With that said, this is not an opportunity we recommend you wait to apply for.
