Our athletic performance training groups are offered on a weekly basis. Smaller groups allows our programs to maintain a high level of individualization for each athlete while training in a group. Each group has a maximum of 6 athletes. To register for a session select the date and time on the calendar below. Packages of multiple sessions can be purchased by selecting "Buy a plan" upon checkout. We focus on 3 main goals in every program (skill development, skill progression and progress tracking). Inside of every program we coach athletes to learn and develop skills. Training in the weight room is a skill and all athletes learn various skills including how to move properly, increase speed, power, and develop good strength training technique.  Throughout the program our coaches progress athletes through those skills using various drills or exercises. Progress is tracked each session to ensure all athletes are improving throughout the program.
