Our hockey skill development and athletic performance training groups are offered on a weekly basis in a drop-in style. Each group has a maximum of 4 athletes. To register for a session select the date and time on the calendar below. Each session we have 3 main goals: learn, master, and progress. Learn the skill/exercise, master technique, and progress in some capacity. Our primary focus as a whole is on developing important off and on ice qualities that are proven to help a hockey player improve.
