Jared Selengowski

Jared joined Precision Hockey Training in the fall of 2020. Jared's mission is to give young hockey players the opportunity to further their hockey development by providing them with quality training through skill development and off-ice training. He takes a lot of pride in giving back to hockey players in his community by volunteering his time to help out with teams who need additional training as well as all of our players here at PHT.

Jared grew up in St. Clair Shores where he played most of his youth hockey. Jared played for 10 seasons out of the Civic Arena for St. Clair Shores and 1 season for the Macomb Mavericks before transitioning to junior hockey. Jared played the Motor City Hawks (USPHL) before taking his game to the college level at Bowling Green State University (ACHA D2). After transferring to Rochester University (ACHA D1), Jared was given the opportunity to showcase his skills and abilities at a higher level.

Over the past 6 years Jared has learned his craft from various coaches in the hockey world. Matt Romaninski (Romo's Hockey World), Jake Downing (former USHL player), and currently from our founder Ryan Jaros and CFSC Matt Kadolph. Jared has also spent the last 3 seasons as the strength and conditioning coach for the 2005 St. Clair Shores Saints (White).
