Our junior, college, and professional hockey player summer program begins the week of June 5, 2023. For the first 2 weeks there is only off-ice training. Each week for 12 weeks there are 2 on-ice skills sessions, 1 synthetic ice skills session, and 3 off-ice training sessions except for the 2 weeks there will only be off-ice training.. There are no sessions the week of July 4th (7/3-7/9). The last week of the program is the week of August 28th (8/28-9/3). If you will be back in school that week we will have a makeup session for each session missed during that week.

The program will take place on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's in the morning. All on-ice sessions are at Big Boy Arena on either rink E or priority (make sure to look at the board upon arrival to rink) and all off-ice. training sessions take place inside of our training facility located upstairs inside Big Boy Arena (follow the signs in the lobby).

 

All sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each on-ice skills session will have 2 coaches and each off-ice training session will have 1 coach. Each group (morning & evening) will be limited to only TWELVE (12) players.

Each program includes:

• 2 on-ice skill development session per week (power skating, edgework, speed development, conditioning, shooting, stickhandling, passing)

• 4 off-ice training sessions per week (speed, power, agility, strength, balance, mobility, conditioning)

• Unlimited use of Precision Hockey Training synthetic ice from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday (sign up required)

• Free enrollment into Precision Hockey Training summer events
