PACKAGES AND PRICING

Our training is offered in 4, 8, 12, or 24 session packages. To maintain training consistency, each package is designed for the athlete to be training at least one time per week. All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length unless you are doing a combined hockey skill development and athletic performance session, which is 90 minutes.
