PAYMENT PLAN: If you would like to sign up for the program and need to split up your payments please call 586-318-8645 or email phtnation@gmail.com and request to do a payment plan. 2 sessions per week (1 on-ice, 1 on-synthetic-ice) Unlimited access to synthetic ice 1-4 pm Monday to Thursday Free enrollment for PHT summer events Tuesday 9 am On-Ice Skill Development Thursday 9 am Synthetic Ice Skill Development REFERRAL DISCOUNT: *10% discount will be issued in the form of a refund on your program based on the number of players you referred and issued during the first week of the program. Refunds will only be issued from referrals that are entered into the appropriate area. Upon registration there is a box to enter in the referral.
