Service Description

PAYMENT PLAN: If you would like to sign up for the program and need to split up your payments please call 586-318-8645 or email phtnation@gmail.com and request to do a payment plan. 2 sessions per week (1 on-ice, 1 on-synthetic-ice) Unlimited access to synthetic ice 1-4 pm Monday to Thursday Free enrollment for PHT summer events Tuesday 9 am On-Ice Skill Development Thursday 9 am Synthetic Ice Skill Development REFERRAL DISCOUNT: *10% discount will be issued in the form of a refund on your program based on the number of players you referred and issued during the first week of the program. Refunds will only be issued from referrals that are entered into the appropriate area. Upon registration there is a box to enter in the referral. (THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THIS OFFER MEANING IF YOU REFER 10 PLAYERS YOU GET 100% OF YOUR MONEY BACK)

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled reoccurring sessions require a MINIMUM of 12 hours notice (1-on-1/2-on-1/teams) to cancel/reschedule session. There are no cancellation/reschedules for group training. Camp and program participants require a MINIMUM of 72 hours notice to receive full refund.
