Service Description

PAYMENT PLAN: If you would like to sign up for the program and need to split up your payments please call 586-318-8645 or email phtnation@gmail.com and request to do a payment plan. PROGRAM INCLUDES: - 6 weekly sessions, 3 days per week (2 on-ice, 1 on-synthetic-ice, 3 off-ice) - Unlimited access to synthetic ice 1-4 pm Monday to Thursday - Free enrollment for PHT summer events WEEKLY SCHEDULE: Monday 10:00 am On-Ice Skill Development 11:15 am Off-Ice Training Wednesday 10:00 am On-Ice Skill Development 11:15 am Off-Ice Training Thursday 10:00 am Synthetic-Ice Skill Development 11:00 am Off-Ice Training REFERRAL DISCOUNT: *10% discount will be issued in the form of a refund on your program based on the number of players you referred and issued during the first week of the program. No word of mouth referrals. Upon registration there is a box to enter in the referral and this is the only way to apply the discount. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled reoccurring sessions require a MINIMUM of 12 hours notice (1-on-1/2-on-1/teams) to cancel/reschedule session. There are no cancellation/reschedules for group training. Camp and program participants require a MINIMUM of 72 hours notice to receive full refund.
