We strive to build a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Unlike other facilities, young athletes at Precision Hockey Training are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. Each program is based on consistent, continual coaching. Every group is led by a coach through a proper warm-up and then guided throughout the rest of the workout with precision to ensure a productive training session. Our unique programs include instruction in movement training, injury reduction/rehabilitation, linear/lateral speed techniques, foot speed /agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. The workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Our coaches ensure proper progression over the duration of the session. All weekly scheduled sessions require MINIMUM 12 hours. Camps and programs require a MINIMUM of 72 hours.
