HIGH SCHOOL

OUR HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM IS FOR THOSE WITH BIRTH YEARS IN 2005, 2006, AND 2007. THIS 10 WEEK PROGRAM INVOLVES BOTH SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND OFF-ICE TRAINING. THIS PROGRAM WILL TAKE YOUR YOUNG ATHLETE TO THE NEXT LEVEL BY LEARNING THE HABITS REQUIRED TO BECOME MORE SKILLED, STRONGER, FASTER, AND MORE POWERFUL THAN THEY WERE BEFORE. SKILL DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES SHOOTING, PASSING, STICKHANDLING, AND SITUATIONAL DRILLS. THE OFF-ICE TRAINING PROGRAM IS ENHANCED TO SUIT THE NEEDS OF A MATURING ATHLETE AND INCLUDES STRUCTURED PROGRAMMING IN STRENGTH, SPEED, ACCELERATION, POWER, CONDITIONING, BALANCE, COORDINATION, AND MOBILITY.

THERE ARE 4 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM BELOW.

MORNING OPTIONS ARE 3 DAYS PER WEEK. EVENING OPTIONS ARE 2 DAYS PER WEEK.

EACH OPTION INCLUDES 2 OR 3 SKILLS AND 2 OR 3 OFF-ICE TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.
