YOU CAN BE THE BIGGEST, FASTEST, AND MOST CONDITIONED PLAYER ON THE ICE, BUT IF YOU CAN'T SHOOT, PASS, STOP, START, PIVOT OR HANDLE THE PUCK WELL YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A VERY HARD TIME TAKING YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

 

HOCKEY IS A PHYSICAL GAME INVOLVING HIGH SPEED COLLISIONS, PUCK BATTLES, AND A LOT OF IMPACT ON THE BODY. IT'S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE BEST KIND OF ABILITY IS AVAILABILITY. WE CAN UNEQUIVOCALLY SAY THAT A HOCKEY PLAYER THAT IS STRONGER, MORE EXPLOSIVE, IN SHAPE, AND HEALTHIER IS A BETTER PLAYER ON THE ICE.
