Summer Youth Off-Ice Program
Summer is here! This is a 6-week small group off-ice training program. Do you need to be a hockey player to participate in this challenge? No! This program is for players of ALL sports.
The program is aimed to improve/increase these athletic abilities:
- Speed
- Agility
- Strength (upper body, lower body, core)
- Power (upper and lower body)
- Balance
- Coordination
- Mobility
- Conditioning
The Program starts the week of July 7th!
Dates and times are listed below.
Monday & Wednesday's from 6:00–6:45 pm
Tuesday's & Thursday's from 7:00–7:45 pm
