DAILY SCHEDULE FOR JULY 23, 24, 25 & AUGUST 13, 14, 15

On-Ice 10:00 am - 11:30 am (arrive at rink at 9:30 am)

Lunch 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (lunch is provided)

Off-Ice 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (pickup at 2:30 pm upstairs inside of training facility)

Equipment Needed:

- Full hockey gear

- Athletic apparel and running/training shoes

- Refillable water bottle

On-Ice Skill Development

Players will be working on their skating abilities including speed, balance, edge work, power skating, and more. Players will also be developing their stickhandling and shooting skills from fundamentals to specific situations. Small area games and situational drills will are also included.

Off-Ice Skill Development

Players will be working on our large sheet (2,000 sq. ft) of synthetic ice in their skates to improve their stickhandling and shooting skills. Specific skills include shot power, shot accuracy, quick hands, and better puck control.

Off-Ice Training

Players will be participating in an off-ice training program designed to improve their upper and lower body strength, speed, power, agility, coordination, balance, footwork, core strength, and conditioning.

Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided for all of the players each day.
