2025 Performance Challenge

Summer is here! Our summer challenge is a 6-week small group (6 players in each group MAX) sports performance program. Do you need to be a hockey player to participate in this challenge? No! This program is for players of ALL sports.

 

The program is aimed to improve/increase these athletic abilities:

 

- Speed

- Agility

- Strength (upper body, lower body, core)

- Power (upper and lower body)

- Balance

- Coordination

- Mobility

- Conditioning

 

Each player will be assessed on those abilities at the start and at the end of the challenge to measure their improvement.

The Challenge starts the week of July 7th!

Dates and times are listed below.

Monday & Wednesday's from 6:00–6:45 pm

Monday & Wednesday's from 7:00–7:45 pm

Tuesday's & Thursday's from 6:00 - 6:45 pm

Tuesday's & Thursday's from 7:00 - 7:45 pm
