NUTRITION LEVEL 1

OUR AFTER SCHOOL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS IS INTENDED FOR YOUNG ATHLETES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 11 AND 14. THIS CLASS WILL GIVE YOU A LEG UP ON THE  COMPETITION BY EMPHASIZING THE PROPER EXECUTION OF THE FUNDAMENTALS IN STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. EACH CLASS INVOLVES ONE OF COACHES GUIDING THE STUDENTS THROUGH VARIOUS MOBILITY, STRENGTH, POWER, SPEED, AND CONDITIONING EXERCISES. OUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY ALLOWS EACH INDIVIDUAL TO PROGRESS THROUGH VARIOUS EXERCISES THAT SUIT YOUR CURRENT TRAINING LEVEL. EACH CLASS WILL PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS FUN, SAFE, AND EDUCATIONAL FOR EACH STUDENT THAT ATTENDS THAT DAYS SESSION. HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM

OUR HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR KIDS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 18. THIS CLASS WILL GIVE YOU AN ADVANTAGE OVER YOUR COMPETITION BY BUILDING OFF OF THE FUNDAMENTALS IN STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. EVERY CLASS CONSISTS OF MOBILITY, STRENGTH, POWER, SPEED, AND CONDITIONING EXERCISES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE YOUR ATHLETIC ABILITIES. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP THE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE BE STRONGER, FASTER, AND MORE POWERFUL THAN THE COMPETITION. OUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY ALLOWS EACH INDIVIDUAL TO PROGRESS THROUGH VARIOUS EXERCISES THAT SUIT THEIR CURRENT TRAINING LEVEL.
