OFF-ICE TRAINING
OUR OFF-ICE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM FOCUSES ON HAS 2 PRIMARY GOALS: INCREASE ON-ICE PERFORMANCE AND DECREASE CHANCES OF ON-ICE INJURY.​

WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS ARE OFFERED FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING OVERALL ATHLETICISM.
EACH SESSION INCLUDES: FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, COORDINATION, SPEED, AGILITY, TOTAL BODY POWER, UPPER/LOWER BODY STRENGTH, AND CONDITIONING.
