Ryan is the founder of Precision Hockey Training. Ryan started PHT to provide high quality training at an affordable price to the young hockey players in his community. Ryan grew up locally and has ties to nearly every hockey organization in the area.

Ryan's mission is to help local hockey players develop in the communities he grew up in and to provide a hockey focused training facility where he can develop athletes to become better hockey players and better people. It has always been a goal of Ryan's to create an environment that allows hockey players of all backgrounds to develop their skills in a safe, fun, and educational environment. Ryan is extremely passionate about developing skills in a controlled manner because he is the product of consistent, hard work and know just how important it was to him to be constantly working on his skills to be the best player he could be. As the owner of Precision Hockey Training, Ryan takes a tremendous amount of pride into what we are able to provide to the local hockey community.

Ryan has experience in all levels of hockey working rising from house league to travel hockey, AAA, High School, and eventually College. A large part of his hockey journey is local, playing for 4 years at the Suburban Ice Rochester (formerly the Onyx), 2 years at the Troy Sports Center and 6 years at Suburban Ice Macomb. Through his experiences, he has an extremely relevant  understanding of how current local programs are run and what qualities and amenities players are missing. As his playing career ended, it has been his goal to provide kids with better access to training, education and the space needed to get themselves to the next level. Being fortunate to play for some of the best teams in the country, he had all of the best accommodations imaginable. His aim is to bring this level of training/skill-development to any player looking to improve. Whether that is a five-star recruit or someone just beginning their journey, everyone deserves an equal opportunity to grow.
