PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training offers our highest level of individualization to suit your training goals. You can choose to do hockey skill development or athletic performance. We offer packages at a discount when doing a combined hockey skill development and athletic performance session. We focus on 3 main goals in every program (skill development, skill progression and progress tracking). Inside of every program we coach athletes to learn and develop skills, progress skills through various drills or exercises, and track their progress before, during, and at the end of each program.
